These Terms & Conditions govern participation in Ocean Therapy sessions and use of our website.

By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

Ocean Therapy provides ocean-based wellbeing and therapeutic surf sessions designed to support mental and physical wellbeing.

Ocean Therapy does not provide clinical medical or psychiatric services unless explicitly stated.

2. Participation & Inherent Risk

Participants acknowledge that:

All participants must follow instructions given by facilitators at all times.

Ocean Therapy reserves the right to cancel or amend sessions where conditions are unsafe.

3. Medical Disclosure

Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions prior to sessions.

Ocean Therapy reserves the right to decline participation where safety cannot be reasonably assured.

4. Liability

Participation in sessions is undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

Ocean Therapy maintains appropriate public liability insurance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
